Refund Policy

At Tapovan Events, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience. However, due to the nature of our services, all passes sales are final and non-refundable. Please read the following policy carefully before making a booking.

 

No Refunds

  • All purchases made on the Tapovan Events platform are final. Once a booking is confirmed, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason, including but not limited to:
    • Change in personal circumstances
    • Scheduling conflicts
    • Dissatisfaction with the event or experience

 

Event Cancellations or Changes

  • In the rare event that an organizer cancels or significantly changes the date or location of an event, Tapovan Events will work with the organizer to facilitate the process of rescheduling or transferring passes where possible.
  • If an event is canceled by the organizer, and no alternative date is provided, Tapovan Events will facilitate a refund process directly through the organizer, but Tapovan Events itself will not be responsible for issuing refunds.

 

Responsibility of the Attendee

  • Before completing your purchase, please ensure that you have reviewed all event details, including the date, time, and location, as well as your own availability and ability to attend the event.
  • It is the attendee’s responsibility to ensure that the contact information provided at the time of booking is accurate, as all communication regarding the event will be sent to the email address provided.
